How to get to windows screen when screen says boot mgr missing

new hard drive nothin on it loaded it says missing boot mgr press ctrl+alt+del+ but them keys dont work such as a few letter keys dont work any suggegtions thanks

What do you expect from an empty hard drive?

You have to install Windows on it.

If you have added a new drive (not a replacement of your old windows drive) then you'll need to switch back the HDD boot order in the bios and select your old HDD with windows on it...

If it's simply a new drive, install windows on it
