Windows 7's virtual wifi miniport adapter

i have a laptop with windows 7.....n lately i learnt that windows 7 has the feature of virtual wifi....after checking it out....i successfully used this feature....but the problrm is that...i automatically get disconnected frm this hotspot aftr sometime....arnd 15 mins or so....
someone please help

Have you disabled the power saving feature on your wifi card? If not try it as described HERE.

it seems to have solved the prob...lets hope it stays that way

hey i have another prob now....my network adapters refuse to respond.....n the connections r gettn cutt off....meanig the old prob is back

Also check the power saving control panel, advanced settings and change the wireless to maximum performance, which will keep it active.
