Installing Windows 7 via USB

I've downloaded windows 7 via an official link and so now I have the .ISO file on my computer. However, I need to install this on to my new PC using a USB as the new PC doesn't have a disk drive and I cannot remove the one from this computer. I've seen various videos and various ways but there doesn't seem to be one for my particular situation. I have the .ISO file and need to put it so I can boot into my USB on my new PC and it will install. Help would be appreciated

Microsoft has a tool that will create a bootable USB from your Windows 7 ISO file.

It might be easier for you:

So do I just shove the downloaded file into that program and it sorts it for me? Ill try it when i get back from work.

Another thing to add, the Diskpart CMD does not work for some reason, any suggestions? Ill give exact error when i get back from work
