Power/System Fan?

I know this is a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway. I plugged the cord from the power supply into the "power fan" on my motherboard. What is the "Ssytem Fan" for? When I run Easy Tune 4, it gives me a warning saying that my System fan is 0 RPM.

ok, the system fan would be the fan at the rear of your computer right below the power supply. You can ignore the warning as long as you have a fan running it should be ok.

Ok...thx. That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure. I got a Antec 1080 and the 2 fans that came with the case (below the power supply) did not have cords to plug into the M/B.

I wish they would call it "Case Fan" instead.
