Add "move" option to organize tab in windows 7

How do yo add the "move" option to organize tab in windows 7?

If you are in my documents and you want to move a file to a file that is deep deep deep inside another library it is so clumsy. I miss the move option on the organize tab that was in XP

I just use cut and paste to be honest. Easy and simple.
