300Mhz power supply with a P4 system?

Will a 300Mhz power supply be ok for an Asus P4T533-C and P4-2.0Ghz(400Mhz FSB) and PC800 RDRAM

More preferable would probably be an Antec 330W TruePower or an Enermax 350W PSU. Depends on how many peripherals you've got.

It's wattage, not MHz.

Check out <A HREF="http://www.pcpowerandcooling.com/maxpc/cases.htm" target="_new">this</A> chart for a good idea on what's needed. Remember to take your total and divide it by 7 and then multiply it by 10, so as not to put too much strain on the PSU.
