please help - im so confused

Can anyone please help with some advice to finish of this system spec?

this is my plan so far;

cpu: p4 2.2ghz (sk478)
mb: gigabyte ga-81exp
ram: 512mb pc2100 ddr (is this the correct ram?)
hdd: western digital caviar 80gb (wd800jb)

my big questions;
what ram (pc2100 or better? cl2.0?)
what graphics card (has to be 1.5v)?
will i need a fan for my hdd?

all the rest sorts itself out

MB: i don't trust gigabyte at the momemt. but if it works for you thats fine.

I read about this and basicly all 1.5volt should be 4x. But you should call/email the vender to make sure it is 1.5volts. It'll destroy your board and card if you don't have a 1.5volt video card.

will i need a fan for my hdd?
that would be a good idea consider 7200RPM drives get really hot and can reduce hard drive life expectancy.
