Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) I am facing this problem when I attach pen drive with my laptop, Can anyone help me for How to recover my data from my pen drive while facing this problem?

try the pen drive on another PC. If the result is the same. the pen drive is no longer usable.

You should never put important files on a pen drive unless they are backed up elsewhere.
They are not designed for long-term storage, they are suitable only for transferring files between computers.
