File Permission help needed!

A short while ago i started getting some problems with applications.

various games and programs are giving errors for them not having the right to write/modify files (ex. 'Cant write to temp file' or 'Error reading/writing data' ) even mij anti-virus (nod32) is having problems updating its database. these errors persist if i run the programs as administrator.

I already ran a virusscan (with kaspersky virus removal tool because my standard anti virus failed to update) and my pc was all clean.

help is most appreciated

Sounds like Malware, boot into safe mode and download run Malwarbytes Anti-Malware
