What state are you in during the first and last five rounds of the spell?

What limitations are on you during the transformation?

Does the transformation require concentration?

Inquiring minds want to know! (Ok... I want to know.)

It's not exactly clear on the first 5 rounds, if you are
instantaenously transformed from normal to wind walk form or if you
have to 'change'. As far as the last 5 rounds you would remain in
whatever form you were in.

I'd say when you are transfroming to wind walk form you are still
normal, and when transforming out you are in the wind walk form until
the transformation is over.

It doesn't say anything beyond it takes 5 rounds.

A liberal reading would indicate that you immediately go to wind walk
form when the spell is cast, and you can act while transforming, as
there's no restriction put on it. As it can be dismissed, you can
dismiss it immediately and be instantly transformed back.

My interpretation however is that it is intended as a travel spell, as
such it's not an amush spell. It therefore reqires 5 rounds for any
transformation, and cannot take any other actions while transforming
similar to a lycanthrope. I would interpret you would sink 60' round
while transforming as well, similar to the spell ending, and would
interpret that dismissing the spell would cause you to transform, not
doing anything for those 5 rounds. I would have dispelling do the
same.
