Budget On The Go Gaming Laptop

Hey, I'm stuck on a budget to get a laptop to play counter-strike 1.6 and a few other old school games. My budget is 400 and under and currently I'm looking at;

Compaq Presario CQ62-209wm
Amd Athlon Duo Core P320 2.1ghz
3gb, 250 gb 7200 rpm
ati m hd radeon 4250

is there anything else i could get better for my money? thanks in advance

Yeah id look at amd fusion/llano or Intel sandy bridge for the decent integrated graphics.
