Programs get randomly deleted?

Hey. I've been experiencing a weird problem for a couple of months now. Some of my programs (the actual executables, not shortcuts or something) just get randomly deleted. This has happened with Bandicam, Aegisub, Audacity, 4shared Desktop, Circle Dock, and a couple of others. I had Kaspesky 2012 which was corrupted when I tried to update it. Its still on my Program list, and I can't uninstall it 'cause it gets an error. But windows didn't detect any anti-virus or anti-spyware applications, so I got Microsoft Security Essentials, MalwareBytes and ZoneAlarm. But I think(?) I don't have a trojan or something(?) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Oh, and most of the programs were in the D: drive, but some were in the C: drive too.

It's typical of malware to try and disable your virus scanner. Try booting from a live CD that has an updated virus scanner on it and use it to scan your hard drive.

Tried that. Any other options to possibly diagnose this?

Tried that (in safe mode) too. Guess its one of those weird, oddities.
