It sounds like your system is trying to boot from the USB stick. You need to go into your BIOS and set the boot drive to your HDD or SDD witch ever one you use as your boot drive. Some system are set to boot from the USB or CD/DVD first if inserted so that will need to be changed.

I have a Lenovo Ideacenter B540. Would you know ho to change the boot drive?
