Windows Explorer has done an illegal operation!!!

"Windows Explorer has done an illegal operation and has to shut down"

Well...this error has started to occur a LOT lately..and its starting to get on my nerves...
What the hell could be causing it???

I went into Event Viewer and checked out the red crosses...HELL...it happened like 4 times in a row a few minutes ago....
I tried to find any correlation between the error and any certain application i use..but it seems to occurr purely RANDOMLY!

Running WinXP Pro SP1a, DX9
