Hello,
i ran hdd tune and it came back with reallocated event count 461373440 status warning do i need a new drive

If it came up with errors, yes it's a good idea to replace the drive, expecially since you must have run that program for a reason to begin with. It's never a good idea to mess with drive errors and just ignore them and keep going till it fails. It may last for a while, may not, but that's gambling with your data. Ask yourself if not getting a new drive is better than losing all of your files.
