I have a new laptop (presario 2100). I have tried many times to access a few diffrent on-line programs, but I cannot. Reason is is that I cannot accept cookies. I have deleted all my cookies, and enabled all cookies with the IE settings (overide). So whats the deal?

IE 6

I'll assume you clicked on the advanced tab to override automatic handling of cookies. Have you tried IE6 without overriding the settings? You could also take a look at whether any sites have been blocked.

Or you could just try Opera, Mozilla, Phoenix etc.
