Cannot uninstall some applications from control panel

uninstall tab is not appearing in add or remove programs for buzztop app which displays at desktop bottom.

You should not have installed it as it's regarded as malware. That's why it has no uninstaller. See this:

Just install Cclener software after that open Cclener-> Go to tools-> Select Buzztop-> Click on Run Uninstaller.

It'll remove the Buzztop.
