Antec Reference

Well, set up my new computer and its running great. The reason Im writing this is in praise of the Antec Reference Silver Theremal Compound. When I installed my CPU and HSF w/ this compound the temps read 50 C, however after about an hour the temp went down to 34 C and pretty much remains in that area. Oh, the CPU is a P4 2.26. Haven't messed w/ overclocking it as of yet.

Wow, thats great. The cool down period is normal, that silver melts in and fills in the tiny air pockets etc so after about an hour you have the solid heat transfer.

I wish I got some decent paste with any of the hsf's I own. I had to go out and buy my own.
