Audio driver doesn't recignize analog audio input

Hello,
I recently cleaned my pc and when I then I found I out there is no audio .I checked my driver and it shows that it doesn't recognize any analog audio input such as headphones or speakers . I have motherboard ga-z68x-ud3-b3 and Realtek hd audio manager driver.

What do you mean by 'cleaned'? water and soap ?
