Here's my character. I haven't finished buying equipment. I still have
2,400 gp left. I need a wand and some potions at least. I'm also not sure
about my skill choice. I want concentration and heal, but I'm wondering
about the other two.

    Unless you're aiming for a Prestigue Class, K(Religion) and
    Spellcraft should work OK. Perhaps a bit of K(History, or Arcana) too?
    Depends if there's anyone else covering knowledge skills, and how much
    the DM uses them of course.

    I'd go for regular Full Plate instead, +1 AC for 750gp; that and a
    Heavy Wood Shield, +2 AC for 10 lb. Total AC 21, and still well within
    Medium encumberance. Some Leather or Scale Barding for the Warhorse can
    be a good investment too.

    Looking good. Decayed Atheist seems to have vanished. Since you four
    guys make up a perfectly workable party, I say let's start the game as
    soon as everyone finalizes their character and comes up with a
    backstory. We have backstories for Snarfi and Bear already, I'm just
    waiting for the Heironeous freaks. :)

    Also, there is a spot open, if anyone wants to join at any time.
    Whether you do or not, though, we're gonna to go for it.

    Yeah. I actually think the best plan might be to have Snarfi and Bear
    know each other, and the two Heironeous people know each other, at the
    beginning. Getting the two mini-groups together would be an in-game
    thing.

    Yes. This is the single most important thing. 80% of online games die
    because people don't post often enough.

    How exactly did the two LG humans end up saving the world with
    former slaves (that happen to be a Kobold and an Orc)?
    Bear's been /trying/ to follow a LG life-path since he came to the
    human territories, and has great respect for the teachings of
    Heironeous, so scouting for such holy warriors makes sense for him. He
    certainly wouldn't shun Snarfi's company, having lived a similar life
    thusfar; and someone to share in taking racial slurs always helps.
