What's causing my BSODs?

I constantly get random BSOD's, I've enabled minidumps and ran driver verifier but every time it crashes it does not create a minidump. I've updated all my drivers. Some of the errors I can remember off the top of my head are IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PAGE_FAULT_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, and most recently SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION. I have no idea what's causing this.

OS: Windows 7 x64
BOARD: GIGABYTE GA-770T-USB3
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965
RAM: 4GB x 2 G.SKILL Ripjaws
GPU: Old 9800gt
SSD: 80GB Intel
HDD: 500GB WD Blue

EDIT: I have tried each of the sticks of ram in different slots to no avail. The PS is a Xion 700W.
