I have press the reset button for many times, but I still
can not access it with the "admin" without quotation marks.
Do I have to unplug the power?

You must hold either a ballpoint pen or unfolded paperclip in the Reset slot
for about five seconds, until you get alternating orange/green blinking
lights. There are specific instructions in the User's Guide.

Hi,

To do a full reset you'll have to hold the reset button for baout 5-8
seconds. Wait until the lights flash while holding the reset button and
then it'll be a full reset.
Then try "admin' again and it should work.
