Well, the P4T533 won't support PC1066. They need the extremely rare RIMM4200. You can get the P4T533-C though. The P4 will be faster, although with overclocking, it'll be even faster.
Comp above will definitly be more powerful, however in non-SSE2 FPU intensive apps, the AXP will win. As for gaming, I doubt the Ti4600 will be beaten by the Ti4400 on the 2.26GHZ P4, but I could be wrong since the P4's speed allows the GF4s to use their power to the max, AND the new FSB and RAM add up to 20% performance in gaming.
So I'd say both systems will be fairly equal, only because one has something the other doesn't or is weaker.

Well first of all, you could probably overclock the Ti4200 to stock Ti4600 speeds. Secondly, it really depends on what software. However, as far as average performance, the top machine will probably come out on top. Overclock it and it'll definitely come out on top.
