HP's and Epson in all ranges:)

I'm not a big cannon fan either... two-three years ago they were the cheapest inkjets with photo abilities... not anymore though

Your subject says cancer?
Just stop drinking the ink and the tumors will go away.

I ain't seen a beating like that since somebody stuck a banana in my pants and turned a monkey loose

My lexmark is two years old still does fine, except in win2K. The only real problem I have with it is how expensive the ink cartriges are.

Well maybe you are just unlucky. I have used both Lexmark and HP. The newer Lexmark printers have been relatively trouble free for me. The HPs have been good too. Maybe you should give their tech support a call to see what they can do for you.

I had a lexmark z51, got a good deal on it from lexmark for being a Best Buy tech. Worked fine for a while. Then it got into the bad habit of hiding. If you wanted to use it you had to reinstall it everytime you restarted the machine. But hey thats a small price to pay for a "cheap" printer isnt it??????

I've owned a Z51 and Z52 and have had zero trouble with them. I actually like 'em better than HPs....would recommend them to anyone.

I have a Lexmark Z51 printer and had a lot of problems when I tried to use my old printer cable. It requires an IEEE #### compliant parallel cable. I actually bought a USB cable and it works great now.

I know what you're talking about. I got a Colorjet 1000 that keeps wigging out on me.

What can I say, I had a Lexmark 2030, Which was 4 years old and had to give it away Still Working Great butit was slow, they all were back then. Well what do I Buy this time? Yes a Lexmark Z32 because I couldn't Afford the Z52 right now. Would love to have the Z82. The Z32 was a Simple install and Works Great. What can I say. Oh Yes the old 2030 would Paper Jam sometimes because I would use cheap Paper. My fault. This new Feed works great just drop the paper into the slot. Where else can you buy a 1200x1200 res. for less than $80. ? Everybody elses INK cost are high also. LEXMARK
