Hi,
I can't start my computer in normal mode but i can start in safe mode. It starts normaly then (going into normal mode) it says applying computer settings and stays that way, then i have to force shut down.
At first i tried to reboot up in safe mode then regulary shut it down, starting again in normal mode and had the same result.
I recently had the green dot money pack virus then i tried to manually remove it and now i guess it's causing problems.
Just to keep in mind i'm working with a school laptop so I can't download anything, use system restore, access the regestry, use command prompt, or run a virus scan.
Please help!!!
