Can Via C3's be put on a dual processor board?

In the article on the C3, it said it used 12 watts. That is less than half of the 31 watts needs by a P3. I thought with two it might be able to do something better. I checked out VIA and they do have a dual 370 socket board. I was just entertaining all my opinions for building a computer.

OK, I am a big fan of the C3 for its "normal" uses. But why in gods name would you want a dual C3 setup?
