When I plug it in the HDD begins working but I can't see that on my computer... But at the manager device system sees it. After some time it stops working. What can I do to run it?
Thanks

It may just need a drive letter assigning to it manually as follows:

Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management

In the bottom-right panel, find the bar which represents the Seagate ext. drive.
It will have no letter, and no name except for "Raw".

Right-click it and choose "Change Drive Letter & Paths".
Click "Add".
Select a letter.
Click 'OK'.

no, another problem... maybe it's bad work of controller? but what can I do?(

Get it replaced if it's under warranty. Did you try a different USB cable or another computer? If yes, and it's not in warranty, you can just crack the case open and get another USB enclosure for the hard drive. You have a pretty good chance that the actual hard drive is not damaged.
