Hi, The blue screen occurs everytime I try to update the driver for the multimedia audio controller as my computer has for no obvious reason lost audio and is showing that no speakers. In my Device Manger there is a yellow triangle showing opposite Multimedia Audio Controller and when the update wizsrd tries to install Realtek '97 the system crashes and the blue screen appears. Any help would be extremely welcome.
