Setup could not detect any dell webcam central on dell inspiron 1545 your system

According to the specs, this laptop has no build in webcam, that's why it's not detected.

but contrary to this, my laptop has a built in webcam but i once uninstalled the dell webcam central about a year ago and i re-formatted my laptop hard disk a few days ago

Is it shown in device management? Or switched of in bios? And double check the laptop model to make sure you have the right driver.
