"annoying info bubbles"

Hello,
there is always a 'bubble' with info in when I move my mouse around. The message changes etc. how do I get rid of it? Thanks.

You want to go into Control Panel>Folder Options, select 'view' tab then in the list of options, uncheck "Show popup description for folder and Desktop items"
