Failed to start due to hardware or software change

ok so i built my pc a few months ago and everything was fine but when i turned on my computer it said that windows failed to load due to software or hardware error. It did a repair i think and then it just rebooted and its fine now. is this normal and is there anything to be concerned about thanks.
