Modern laptops with BIOS switchable graphics

Hi,

I currently own a Dell xps 14 (L401x), which comes with optimus, and inherently incompatible with Linux. I'm looking for a laptop that supports a (mux?) bios switchable graphics card. An example would be the thinkpad t400, but the hardware in that laptop is too old.

Thanks,
Stanley

Hello Uberness132;

Have you looked at Bumblebee, IronHide or Natty Narwhal yet?

As for a physical switch all I'm sure about is the Sony Vaio S and Z models with the Speed/Stamina switch.
