Help BSOD error 124 0a 4e halmacpi.dll

hello guys, i have some problem with my asus a42j laptop.
when i play game, or run program such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or scan my laptop with antivirus, sometimes it suddenly crash with BSOD code / error 124, 0a, 4e, etc.
the most error that cause my bsod was halmacpi.dll and ntkrnlpa.exe file (i saw that from bluescreenview)

my RAM is 4GB, 2GB from original laptop, and then i add 2GB again.
i've run memtest86+ for 2 hours and it didn't report any error.
i've try to put both of my RAM, or only one, it keep crashing.
i never change my BIOS setting, and i've updated my latest VGA driver from ASUS.

My laptop spec :
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
i5 - 460M 2.53GHz
VGA ATI Mobility Radeon HD5730 2GB
RAM 4GB
