How i unistalled any program to laptop when it is not unistalled control panel

Hello,
dear sir i deleted on desktop voipdiscount but when i uninstalled control pannel it is show this program running another folder how i will be deleted my laptop to this software

Welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums,
Deleting most programs from the desktop simply removes a shortcut to the program - the program still exists in the computer. Going into the control panel>Add/Remove Programs should allow you to remove the program from your computer. If it does not allow that, you will need to start in safe mode and then remove the program.
There are other methods if those don't work, but that should get you going
