Factory Restore samsung windows 7 tablet plz help

Hello, Plz let me know ihow can i factory restore this samsung win 7 tablet
the tablet was bought by my friend in used condition so i dont have any docking station etc except the tablet and charger
i want to restore it to the factory settings (as it comes new) and also the language of this tablet is currently an european which i dont understand
