Asus N53 vs HP dv6

The first one:

I am mainly going to be using the laptop for programming and WoW.
The Asus has the much better graphics card with the Nvidia, but the HP has a better processor, more ram, and a better hard drive.
If I get the HP i would upgrade to the 1920 by 1080 resolution so they both have the same resolution.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
