Help me for buying a laptop

Hello,
i want t buy a laptop, there is two same laptop, which one you offer,i will be realy appreciate:
1- asus k43sj corei5 2410,hdd 750gig, vga 520m,14inch,4gig ram.
2- msi the same configuration except hdd is 640gig.
msi is 20$ more expensive.
which one has a better speed or performance?

"same configuration" = same speed & performance.
Go with the less expensive option, the one with the color you like best or which one has the longer battery life.

in fact the fowling thing arise some doubt to me:
1- asus HDD is 750gig/7200rpm but MSI has hdd 650gig with lower speed 5400rpm!
2- someones says ASUS is a better brand it means with the same config perfomes better!!!!?
3- MSI OS is Wiidown7home but ASUS has DOS!
4- MSI weight is 2.2 and somehow a better design but Asus 2.44; both are 14inch.
with thease options which onee is realy better?

You're the one told me the configuration was the same.

1. Default 750GB HDD is 5400rpm
2. Someone says something = doesnt mean its true
3. Default OS is Windows 7 - if you see something else - it's a local thing
4. All that means is that it's lighter.

Core i5 2410M & GT 520M = same performance (or close enough you couldn't tell the difference).
How long is Asus warranty? How long is MSI warranty?
Which costs less? Including the cost of Windows for Asus.

Chose the one with longer warranty or the one that costs less.
