In most online stores, the Athlon xp 2200+ OEM is about twenty dollars less than the normal, non-OEM, version. What's the difference between the two?

OEM = extremely short/no waranty and bare product only.
Retail = long waranty (usually 3 years) and extras (like manuals, cables, etc.).

In the case of the AXP 2200+, the Retail version has a waranty, comes with a heat sink, and has pretty packaging.

The OEM version doesn't.
