Error when installing Windows 7 on a Macbook

Last response: in Mac Os X

I have a Macbook(late 2009) running Snow Leopard(10.6.7). I downloaded an .iso Windows 7 file through a torrent....(maybe the root of the problem). Anyway I'm trying to install Windows 7 on the second partition. I burned the iso file of Windows 7 onto a DVD(as an install disk). When I use boot camp and click 'start installation', the Mac OS is shutdown and then the computer runs the disk. But all i get is something like "cannot read cd, error code 5".
I tried twice once w/ a DVD that was burned @ x8 and then once w/ x2. I've searched all over the internet, but I can't find a clear, proven solution. Especially one that implies to installing Windows 7 onto a mac. Any thoughts?
