Win98 SE "New Hardware Found'?

Building a new system with a Intel D845PEBT2 MB 2.53GHz CPU. After loading the 98SE OS and chip set drivers anytime I reboot I get "New Hardware Found" message. Its looking for a driver for the "PCI Mass Storage Controller". And there is no ? mark in devices window. Anyone know what this is and how to resolve it. Thanks for all replies

Have you got any onboard or PCI RAID or SCSI controller? Also check your BIOS to see if the device (if any) of such controller is enabled.

Do you have a PCI IDE adapter card installed? Or a SCSI card? Or onboard RAID? Or anything like that? That's what windows is looking at.
