Problem with pc1066 memory

Hello
I have an asus p4t533-c motherboard and a 2.4b pentium 4 with 512 mb rdram pc1066 OCZ
The problem is when I put in the bios the 4x rdram speed mode (this is making it work at 1066 mhz it boots, but only 64mb or 192 mb sometimes are detected. Also then I get a lot of blue screen fatal errors, and reboots
What can I do?

Two RIMMs, correct? And no other problems with this system (which I'm assuming you just built from scratch)?

Yes new system and 2 256mb rimms, only detects 256 in the boot and windows crashes
Using it at pc800 all is ok

use the 3x divider and see if theres a difference.......

Sounds like bad RAM, probably only one stick, but maybe both. OCZ has an extremely high rate of defects, which is one reason why I only recommend Kingston PC1066.
