HELP ME PLEASE TO RECOVER MY CD/DVD ROM... IT SAYS THAT THE CD/DVD ROM IS NOT CONNECTED, I BOUGHT AN EXTERNAL SLIM PORTABLE CD/DVD ROM YET THE SAME SITUATION HOW CAN I RECOVER THIS... IN "MY COMPUTER" MENU NO ICON FOR CD/DVD ROM TOO... PLEASE HELP..THANKS A LOT.. ,LAPTOP IS A TOSHIBA I'M USING WINDOWS VISTA...
