Have you tried Windows Live Photo Gallery? It has improved editing features such as an auto adjust feature to improve alignment, exposure, and color, or you can choose to manually edit your photos instead. You can create panoramas, movies, and slide shows. There are also additional photo tools you can download. It will work just fine with both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7.
