utility for mountering CPU temp?

Where can I get good software programs to check cpu temp. So far OCED my P3 from 850 stock to 963 with 113 bus. I need that utility. any info would help out a lot thanks!

Also Motherboard Monitor 5 does that.

...And all the King's horses and all the King's men couldn't put my computer back together again...

Both utilities listed above will monitor temps ...just keep in mind that the diode that monitors temps is not very accurate...and how accurate depends on the motherboard...but they have been proven to be as much as 10c off...
