I simply can not choose between the ATI radeon mobility 9000, gf4 4200 go, or the gf fx 5200 go. im on a budget so these seem to be the best chipsets for the money. I would be getting a dell too cause they have financing. even benchmarks would be good too. thanks.

benchmarks you want? lol.

I had an M9 system, and now I have a GF4Go4200 (I won't get a FX, because they are lousy -btw, I am gonna put in the 5650 too). These scores are more or less rounded off.

3DMark2001SE:
M9: 7500
GF4: 12000
GFFX52:8000
GFFX56:10000
M10: 12000

3DMark03
M9: 950
GF4: 1050
GFFX52:1800
GFFX56:2500
M10: 4000

Unreal 2003 Antalus Flyby(1024x768)

M9: 75fps
GF4: 120fps
GFFX56:90fps
M10: 100fps

Splinter Cell Tblisi
M9: N/A
GF4: 18fps
GFFX56:23fps
M10: 25fps

Splinter Cell Kalinatek 1024x768

M9: N/A
GF4: 22fps
GFFX56:24fps
M10: 26fps

Serious Sam 2, 1024x768

M9: 60fps
GF4: 100fps
GFFX56:N/A
M10: N/A

Aquamark Chapter 1

M9: N/A
GF4: 22fps
GFFX56:12fps
M10: 26fps
In games, the GF4 out performs the M9 and the GFFX Go 5200, and just about breaks even with the GFFX Go 5600. If you want better graphics than the GF4, you will have to wait until the M10 (Mobility Radeon 9600) is released, it will kick the 5600's butt.

But I would honestly say the the 4200 is the best of them all (as long as you get it with a Pentium-M processor - i.e. the Latitude D800). And hey, when the M10 does come out, you can always upgrade...

P.S. sorry I couldn't provide more than complete benchmarks than 3DMark, but there isn't enough info to do more than that.
