As starters unless they have changed the brand Dell is using Phillips
writers which are a HUGE problem. So if you are having problems don't
blame yourself or the software. It could be the drive.

For the record, my only connection with ZZF/Lite-On is that I just
bought one of these drives. It plays DVDs beautifully - haven't burned
anything yet.
