How To Open Port 6112

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.broadbandnet.hardware (More info?)

I try to get onto Battlenet to play warcraft 3, but it
says that I cannot join games or play them because my
internet is not processing UDP packets through port 6112.
It told me to contact my ISP or hardware administrator for
answers, so, here I am. How do I open up port 6112?
