P III 933 MHZ with 133 MHZ FSB will run at only 700 MHz with 100 MHz FSB

You should either find a way to get your board up to 133MHz bus, or buy a 100MHz bus CPU, because lowering your CPU's rated speed by 25% makes the processor a poor value. What motherboard do you have?
