Help with Laptop and gaming

I have a Aspire 5536G and want ot find out if it can play Fifa Manager 12 & Premier Manager 2012

My spec is:
AMD Turion x2 Dual-core module RM-74 (2.2GHz, 1MB 1.2 cache
4GB DDR2
320 GD HDD
up to 1791 MB ATI mobility Radeon HD 4570 HyperMemory

If I cant play could the laptop be upgraded?
