Hp 6735s wont boot to bios and the charger light blinks about 10 times

hello,
i have a hp 6735 s....i turn the power on from battery or ac, doesnt matter....the power light comes on blue for about 10 seconds....whilst on the charger light blinks orange about 10 times...iv tried all the removal of hdd and ram etc and a master reset but no joy.....any ideas anyone?? would be much appreciated![:)]( ":)")
